Highlighting the importance of joint efforts in order to create positive change in societies and defending human rights and how civil society contributes to this, as well as promoting the "WeActTogether" campaign which has a key message that “civil society makes a huge contribution to our societies, and that human rights are an essential right.”

The event aimed at sharing and discussing positive stories and contributions of 4 speakers during the recent protests in Iraq and the role they played, each in his/her own field to create change, support others and maintain peaceful demonstrations. The event included interactive discussions with the attendees and further elaborated how the speakers (3/4 are youth) contributed in different means to create positive change on ground, whether by arts and painting, public issues awareness raising discussions, providing first aid to injured demonstrators, feeding some and providing shelter for them.
