Narrative summary
Following this first consultation meeting, SimSim worked to bring together the actors of civil society, social entrepreneurship and researchers in a second meeting organized on January 8th, 2020. While the first meeting covered the crowdfunding proposed legislation in general, the second meeting’s purpose was to draft specific recommendations and modification requests which would be presented to parliamentary groups in parliament. The participants discussed the crowdfunding bill’s articles and provided feedback, remarks, and recommendations aiming to influence the legislation in favor of CSOs and social entrepreneurs.
